Pregis Food Packaging Ltd offers a range of uniquely designed products for salads, snacks, prepared convenience food, produce, cake and bakery.

Processors, packers, retailers and caterers can choose from an extensive choice of product designs, including multi cavity packs, bowls, hinged containers, ready meal trays, drinking cups and lidded products, in a range of materials and colours.

Custom Design

Pregis offers its customers an excellent service for bespoke packaging. Working with many well known retailers and food processors in the UK and Europe, our experienced team make packaging ideas a reality in whatever shape, size or colour they desire. With their extensive knowledge of the market trends, they are able to provide exciting and innovative concepts for a variety of foods, including snacks, salads, confectionery, biscuits and prepared meals.

Our Challenge

Our biggest challenge is improving recycling levels of plastic in order to lessen its impact on the environment, which we hope in turn will improve consumers' perception of plastic packaging. Most of our packaging is made from PET which is completely recyclable so should be recycled whenever possible.

Closed Loop

Because we cannot rely on landfill for the disposal of our waste in the future we must seek more sustainable methods of waste treatment. So Pregis are now using recycled PET (rPET) in an increasing number of our packaging lines, which is made using post consumer waste (and we are looking to grow use of rPet all the time).
When end-users dispose of this packaging this can be captured, sorted and recyclable materials will be put back into the recycling loop know as 'Closed Loop Recycling'.
